This Spring’s All-Ages camping trip is scheduled for the weekend of May 10th – 12th. We will be camping at Leesylvania State Park at the Bushey Point Group Campsite.
This is a camping trip for all sections and families are invited. Please indicate in the sign-up form everyone in the family who is planning to attend. We need an accurate head count so we get enough food!
Pathfinders will be camping on Friday and Saturday nights, with pickup on Sunday morning.
Otters and Timberwolves will be camping Saturday night.
Further details including arrival times, will be provided as we get closer to the date of the event.
Food and kitchen gear will be provided by the group. Scouts and their families are expected to bring their own personal gear such as tents, sleeping bags, uniforms, etc. Scouts will be expected to set up their own tents, cook their group meals, participate in camping fun like hiking, songs, and skits, follow the Scout Law, abide by the Black Bear rules, and have a good time in the woods.
